Solution: Implemented proper conversion and event tracking for online scheduling actions. Tracked appointment button clicks by provider and service type. Cleaned up and standardized conversion definitions across campaigns. Shifted optimization from surface-level form fills to true scheduling intent. Rebuilt reporting to compare year-over-year performance using consistent metrics.
